No we do not do special orders. However, we do encourage feedback and we would love to hear what the consumer wants.Can I order a product if it is out of stock?
What is your return policy?
You may return an item within the first 10 days after receiving it for a full refund. Before making any return or exchange it is required that you request a Return Authorization number (you may obtain one by sending an e-mail here).Once you receive a Return Authorization number, you have exactly two weeks to send the products back to Sublime Dreamer. If you do not send the product back within those two weeks, you automatically forfeit your privilege to receive a refund.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. Products that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted and we reserve the right to deny a full refund after inspecting the returned product and it does not meet the criteria mentioned.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs. We strongly recommend the customer to obtain a tracking number and/or insurance when returning a product and sending that information to Sublime Dreamer.
